A useful idea that Google could not see properly: assessors are local, but the site had to compete nationally.
“EPC near me” means something different in Swansea than it does in Barnsley. To be the answer, the site needed a good page for every place, each with genuinely local content, and it needed to load instantly for someone standing in a house they’re about to sell.
