Every home sold or let in the UK needs an Energy Performance Certificate, and every owner asks Google the same thing: “EPC near me”. This directory answers that question in every town in the country, against some of the biggest property sites on the web. Dom and the team took it over in July 2026.
The starting point.
An established directory with real reach and years of history in Google, handed to us in July 2026 three months into a slide.
“EPC near me” means something different in Swansea than it does in Barnsley. The site already had a page for every place; what it needed was speed, structure and someone watching the numbers every month. Impressions had fallen from 500,316 in April to 313,570 by July, and clicks had dropped every month since March. It also needs to load instantly for someone standing in a house they’re about to sell. Our first weeks were about foundations, not fireworks.
What we did first.
Took over, July 2026
Audited the site, its Search Console history and its competitors, and set the order of work: rebuild first, then content.

The results.
Two months in, the slide has stopped. August clicks were up 20% on July, the first monthly rise since March; impressions were up 7% on July and 30% on the previous August. The chart shows the site’s full history; the marker is where we came in.
